About Me
At 28, I made a bold transition from a successful Nutritionist Consultant to a professional photographer, driven by a desire to embrace creativity and authenticity in every aspect of my life. With five years of experience in nutrition, food science, online marketing, branding, and business strategy within the nutrition healthcare and OEM/ODM industries, I developed a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative expression. My work in these industries allowed me to hone my skills in customer service, hospitality, and innovative marketing strategies that helped increase revenue and drive brand growth.
However, despite my professional achievements, I felt a lingering sense of unfulfillment. I realized that while I was thriving in my career, I wasn’t fully living in alignment with my deeper passions. This realization led me to embark on a life-changing backpacking journey around the world. Armed with my camera and a desire for self-discovery, I explored new cultures and connected with people from all walks of life. During these travels, I came to understand that happiness often resides in life’s simplest moments—those genuine smiles, fleeting interactions, and human connections that tell profound stories.
This journey awakened a new purpose in me: to capture the raw, natural expressions of people and celebrate the beauty of authenticity in my photography. Guided by the philosophy, "Life is like a camera—capture it with a smile," I strive to create a comfortable, open space for my subjects, allowing them to be themselves and helping me capture candid, heartfelt moments that resonate deeply with viewers.
As I continue to build my photography career, I focus not only on creating visually stunning images but also on inspiring others. Through workshops and mentoring, I encourage aspiring photographers to embrace their creative journeys and explore the world around them with fresh eyes. My work aims to remind people that behind every smile or shared moment, there is a story worth capturing.
Looking ahead, my dream is to publish a photography book that reflects my travels and the stories behind each of the images I’ve captured. Through this work, I hope to continue inspiring others to find joy and connection in their lives—one authentic smile at a time.
